Care & support

Care & Support

Where care meets connection.

We provide safe, nurturing and supportive accommodation for young people aged 16–25, helping them build confidence, develop life skills and achieve positive futures. Support is planned with the young person, not delivered to them.

The six strands of our support

24/7 Support

Here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for guidance, support and reassurance.

Education & Employment

We encourage and support young people into education, training and work.

Independent Living Skills

The practical skills needed to run a home and hold a tenancy.

Outdoor Activities & Wellbeing

Healthy lifestyles, outdoor activity and positive mental wellbeing.

Therapeutic Support

Trauma-informed, relationship-based and person-centred throughout.

Positive Behaviour Support

Positive approaches that understand, support and empower.
