Make a referral
We aim to respond to every referral within one hour.
We accept referrals from local authorities, social workers, leaving care teams and commissioning teams. We take both planned and emergency placements for young people aged 16–25.

- Young people aged 16–25
- Care leavers and young people needing supported accommodation
- Planned placements and emergency placements
- Risk-assessed, person-centred placements
- Single placements and step-down from higher-cost provision

- Completed referral form
- Current risk assessment
- Social history or chronology
- Placement plan or pathway plan
- Any relevant professional reports

From referral to arrival

Call or email with a brief outline. We will tell you straight away whether we have capacity.

Send the referral form, risk assessment and supporting documents securely.

Assessment and matching
We assess suitability against the needs of the young people already living at the home.

Placement and transition
An agreed start date, an introduction where possible, and a settled arrival.
